I am not sure what is causing this.
However, it wouldn't surprise me if it was...
- Due to the hormones that are pumped into animals that we eat.
- Due to hormones entering into our water supply
- Soy formula and soy milk... as they are loaded with phytoestrogens
Poor kids.

True, it could be environmental, or it could just be natural evolution of the species. I however prefer to blame rock music. Rock Music vibrates through the womb and causes the embryo to mature prematurely!
No but seriously this is something that needs to be studied.
