My Comment:

We've all heard it...

"There's nothing we can do, it genetic."

Obesity, cancer, autism, diabetes, auto-immune disease, and the list goes on.

Now, there is scientific proof that there is something you can do. Eat real whole unprocessed organic food. It's that simple. Clean up your diet and clean up your genetic makeup.

I was talking to my brother about and he immediately thought about the inverse.

It's not that eating good food can "cure" disease, it's the fact that we are eating garbage that "causes" diseases. His analogy: A drunk guy who drinks a fifth of whiskey every day switches over to drinking spring water. "Spring water cures alcoholism!!!" That sounds silly to everyone. I've known people who cured cancer by changing their diet. Or more correctly, I know people who caused their own cancer by a bad diet.

Eat well and be well.
