An educated public.<BR/>2. I enjoy reading about one or two items, and then being able to digest them. It's troubling that our food is so adulterated, and most of society can't eat purer whole foods because of cost.<BR/>The only way to solve it is to have the government do something because they are the ones that control our food supplies.
